From the website inquiry to the first phone and all the way through to signing the final papers everyone was amazing. Rickie, Grant and Pilgrim were absolutely fantastic to deal with and handled putting the entire deal together over the phone from 2.5 hours away. We were greeted when we arrived on Saturday morning and it seemed like we had been doing business with them for years. It was easy, they loaded the machine got our paperwork done smoothly and the Maverick was immaculate. I will be buying more toys and will make the trip to Jones Off Road every time. "We went out to just look around and see what we were going to be looking for in the future. This was a very busy day for Jones Off Road. The parking lot was packed with trucks and trailers. We walked in and phones were ringing and everyone was running around and slammed busy. We walked around and looked at everything. Next thing we know we meet this gentleman name Rickey Ferguson. He says can I help you and we ask him about a few things we were looking at. He looked them up and gave us asking prices. He knew everything ATV we were talking about. He then took us outside and started them up. Let me say during this while trio we had no intentions of buying anything Rickey was so personable and on the spot of what he was doing and selling. Needless to say because we found what we wanted at a great price and wasn't pressured but treated like a friend, we walked out with a new 4 seater can am and a Polaris 4 wheeler to match.
